We stumbled upon a video of NCAA All American Wrestler Johny Hendricks training for his fight in 2012 versus Josh Koscheck. Pretty interesting to check out his Strength & Conditioning program. One thing that I found interesting was the amount of strong man type exercises that he does. In the video you'll notice plyometric training, skill training, conditioning, weights, and other resistance training. Johny suffered a bicep tear and is expected to be back in the UFC octagon soon.
