Before focusing on any tournament I always tell myself to "leave no stone unturned." Keeping this in mind helps me push through those training and drilling sessions where I'm tired and just want to stop. It helps me stick to my training routine and never skip a single rep or round. In the end it all adds up to a supreme confidence that I did everything I could and that I'm as prepared as I could ever be. - Gianni Grippo
