Interesting article, but 10 hours of sleep is an impossibility if I’m going to train. It sucks, but that’s just how it is. Class from 630-830 PM. Get home at 9. Eat and shower, bed by 10. Up at 530. The math just doesn’t work.

Thank you so much, I’m the oldest man in my BJJ school and I have been fatigued to my eyeballs lately, I’m going to work on my sleep, eating habits and better hydration, thanks again
