My favorite way is to add a scoop of homemade almond butter or peanut butter to your 31 MR shake post lift. (Here I'm using almond butter). Blend it up in your blender with a banana and 3 scoops of our 31MR. Great healthy way to get your extra calories + muscle building protein without unnecessary fillers.
