1 cup Honey
3/4 coconut oil
3 cups thick rolled oats
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup hemp hearts
1 scoop #hempgold
1/4 cup toasted coconut strips
Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
In a saucepan, combine honey and coco oil. Heat until they mix.
Pour over dry ingredients and mix.
Bake on 275 until edges golden brown, let cool before packing in a container.
