Looking for a solid breakfast? Look no further. Try this oat meal mixed with our Hemp Gold to fuel you up for the day.
This meal is based off of steel oats. Steel oats are the least processed type of oat cereal and are gluten free. They're an excellent source of protein, soluble and insoluble fiber, and select vitamins & minerals.
We've also included coconut flakes. These are an excellent source of Omega-3 fatty acids. You can find the steel oats and the coconut flakes at most health food stores. It's best to buy them in the raw foods aisle.
1. 1/2 cup - 1 cup Steel Cut Oats
2. Hemp Gold
3. Ground Cinnamon
4. 1/2 cup to 1 cup Coconut Flakes
Boil 1-2 cups of water
Add in 1/2-1 cup of Steel Cut Oats
Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for a few minutes or until tender
Pour in one scoop of Hemp Gold protein powder
Add 1 tbsp of Ground Cinnamon and mix
Next Add in 1/2-1 cup of coconut flakes
Mix and let cool
