2 Large Organic Eggs
2 Large Organic Egg Whites
2 tsp Coconut Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 oz Unsweetened Almond Milk Vanilla
1 tsp Cinnamon Ground
1 scoop 30g Vanilla Bean Plant Protein
Macros (not including bread or toppings)
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl until thoroughly mixed. Dip your bread slices into the wet mixture and let the excess drip off. Spray non-stick cooking spray onto a baking pan and lay out the slices. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, flip french toast slices and cook for another 5-8 minutes. Top with your favorite toppings (banana, blueberries, agave) and enjoy!
