1/2 Cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese
1 Scoop (30g) Organic Plant Protein
1 serving Instant Sugar Free Fat Free Banana Cream Pudding
2 1/2 ounces Fat Free Banana or Vanilla Cream Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp Shredded Coconut
Blend all of your ingredients in a blender or food processor. Top with slices of banana and shredded coconut. Then put it in a fridge for the next morning.
