It's Papaya season, and this is a quick and easy way to add some protein to a classic papaya boat prior to training. It utilizes our plant based Hemp Gold protein as well as all natural peanut butter mixed together with oatmeal.
2 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 scoop Hemp Gold Cocoa
1/2 cup Oats
1 cup Almond Milk
Prepare the oatmeal by mixing in the almond milk and microwaving for 2 minutes. After it has microwaved, mix in the Hemp Gold powder as well as 2 tbsp of peanut butter. Once mixed, cut a papaya and clean out the seeds. Replace the seeds with your oatmeal. Now go train!
