Protein infused chocolate chip cookies that are perfect as a muscle building snack or post workout. Made with macerated berries.
1/2 c. Softened organic butter
1c. Brown sugar (optional)
1 cage free egg
2 tsp. Tahitian vanilla
1 3/4c Coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 scoops ATH NonGMO WHEY Isolate
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp espresso
1 1/2 c. Semi sweet chocolate chips.
Preheat oven to 300*
Cream butter with sugar, whey until fluffy.
Beat egg and vanilla.
Sift all dry ingredients and incorporate into butter mixture.
Stir in espresso and chocolate chips.
Portion into 1oz on baking pan
Bake for 20 min.
