Lytes are the answer! Great taste and effective.

I routinely train back to back jiu-jitsu classes and found that after the first hour I was experiencing muscle cramps that I eventually attributed to loss of electrolytes from sweating and glycogen depletion. I tried a bunch of different drinks and powders with limited success. Finding Lytes has been a game changer. I mix a scoop and a half into my 32 oz water bottle and drink throughout the classes making sure to drink more toward the halfway point of my training. Since I started using Lytes I haven't experienced the same cramping so I plan to keep this on hand. The great taste is a huge bonus! The mild lemon flavor doesn't have any chemical taste that I experienced with low or zero calorie options made by other companies that didn't work nearly as well. Yes, there a carbs and calories in Lytes but it is a worthwhile trade-off to consume a product that uses natural plant based ingredients.

Great taste, mixes right in, easy to dump in a smoothie.

I love adding ATH to my smoothies. I use the joint x2 in the AM. Blend Lytes in with my morning smoothie. Noon training session, scoop of the blue razz pre, followed by 2 scoops of post with 1 scoop collagen mixed with almond or coconut milk. Post tastes just like chocolate milk.

Not a negative thing to say.

The Lytes is designed to be consumed during your training or throughout the day when you'd like to restore electrolytes. Some athletes also choose to use one serving before training to ensure electrolyte levels are full.
