Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your order if you have any problems and we'll be glad to help you out. We will send you a prepaid label to mail us back any unused product.
THE FINE PRINT
Basically, don't abuse it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If it's opened and you're unsatisfied, contact us, and we'll refund or exchange it. We will send you a prepaid label to process your refund. If returned items are not in original packaging they may be charged a restocking fee.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Need an exemption? Contact us, we're pretty reasonable. Discounts can not be applied to past orders.
Back ordered items ship as soon as they're available. If you have non-back ordered items in your order, they will ship when the back ordered item comes back in stock. If you wish to have them shipped sooner, please place two separate orders.
We replace items if they are defective, damage or if you're unsatisfied. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

These are the expected delivery times but are only an estimate.
Free Shipping: 5-10 Business days
1st Class Mail: 2-3 Business days
Priority Mail: 2-3 Business days
Expected: 1-2 Business days
To return your product, you should email us at email@example.com for a free return label.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Did not receive & Stolen Packages
If you did not receive your order and your tracking number says it was delivered? Wait 24 hours, a lot of times the postal service will mark an item as delivered when it is "out for delivery." Ask your neighbors, check the back porch, etc. We also recommend you ask your mailman if they remember where they placed it. If it still does not arrive or you cannot find it, contact us and we will put a trace on your package and send a replacement. Your subsequent orders may require a signature.
If you entered the wrong address at checkout, contact us ASAP. If we can catch it before it ships, we'll change the address free of charge. If your package has already been picked up by the freight, we are unable to intercept the package. When the packaged it returned to us, you'll receive an automatic refund, minus any shipping paid.
If you no longer live at the address you placed your order for there are a few options. Typically if you have mail forwarding set up, your mail will be automatically forwarded to your new address. If you don't, your order will be returned to us. All returned packages to ATH will receive an automatic refund, minus any shipping paid.
You can cancel your order up until the order is picked up by the freight company. If your order has been picked up, we are unable to refund your order until the order is returned. You can refuse the shipment and the order will be returned to our warehouse. Once it is scanned in, you will receive an automatic refund minus any shipping paid.
Email us a picture of your damaged item so we can fill out an insurance report with the shipping provider. We will then send you a replacement.
