If you need to return or exchange an item, email us within 60 days of your order and we'll send you a return authorization number (RMA).
You are eligible for one opened product return or exchange, per year, to prevent abuse. Any un-opened products are eligible for a return.
Please note that in order to return a product, you need a RMA number.
THE FINE PRINT
Basically, don't abuse it. Our guarantee is in place to make it easy to try our products, but certain limitations are required to be reasonable and fair to all our customers.
To prevent abuse, customers are eligible for one product return or exchange a year on any open products. Anymore must be approved on a case-by-case basis. Entire bundles and volume packs are not covered by our money back guarantee. Any un-opened product(s) may be returned for a refund or exchange.
All returns require a RMA number. To receive an RMA number, email customer service.
Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Customer Service can provide a return label for an easy return process. This fee will then be deducted from the final refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Trials or Promo Items: Trials or any promotional items are not eligible for a return.
Apparel: To be eligible for a return, apparel must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Apparel is not covered by our money back guarantee, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Supplements: If your supplements are opened and you're unsatisfied you can request a return up to 60 days from purchase date. Supplements must be less than 1/2 used (if you truly weren't satisfied, you wouldn't have used more than 1/2). Unopened supplements are eligible for a full refund from 60 days of purchase.
The only thing we ask is that you give our products an honest trial period of 1-2 weeks before requesting a refund. The reason being is that we stand behind our formulations and products. Refund requests will not be processed earlier than two weeks after the product has been delivered.
If you have any known pre-existing conditions that may not agree with our products, we recommend that you only order one product if you'd like to be covered by our return policy.
Entire bundles do not qualify for our money back guarantee, but are eligible on a per item basis. For example, if you order a starter bundle and are unhappy with a single opened product, you can request to be covered under our money back guarantee. If you open all the products, only one item will be covered under our guarantee.
Cancellations, Returned & Refused Shipments
Any orders canceled, returned or refused will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 3-5 business days, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com and we will double check it went through.
Subscription orders are automatically discounted 15% and do not accept coupons.
Discounts can not be applied to past orders. Only one discount can be used per order.
Back OrdersBack-ordered items ship as soon as they're available. If you have non-back ordered items in your order, they will ship when the back ordered item comes back in stock. If you wish to have them shipped sooner, please place two separate orders. Due to our fulfillment center, we cannot split your order for you.
We replace items if they are defective, damage or if you're unsatisfied. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
We will replace or exchange any expired products. We guarantee products for a minimum of 60 days from purchase.
