First of all, it tastes great! There are too many greens powders out there that try to mask the greens with too much sweetness. This tastes light and refreshing. Because of that, it's easy to remember to drink it every day. It's improved my digestion in 2 weeks and I'll likely order another one.

I am not a fan of greens powders, and usually end up wasting them because my tummy doesn’t agree. But here I am, on bottle #3 happily consuming my greens as soon as I wake up. Thank goodness it doesn’t taste like the typical “greens” supp. It’s yummy!

I’ve definitely noticed an increase in energy levels after taking greens. I’m an intermittent faster (eating in the morning does not make my stomach happy) but I’ll take Greens at 12 before I eat anything and it doesn’t upset my stomach at all. I really like taking it because it’s hard to get a solid green veggie intake while being a college student-athlete in New York.
