FAQ
BCAAs are critical to support muscles and promote muscle protein synthesis, increase energy and metabolism, and support muscle recovery. Supplementing with BCAAs prevents lost muscle mass, improves muscle growth, decreases recovery time, increases time to fatigue, improves high intensity exercise, and aids in weight loss.
We recommend mixing 1-2 servings of BCAAs with 8-16oz. of cold water in your shaker before, during, or after training. Studies show that 10-15 grams of BCAAs prior to or during your workout helps to reduce muscle fatigue, improve muscle recovery, and increase energy levels.
We recommend stacking BCAAs with our PRE, Creatine, and Shrooms. PRE can be taken 20-30 minutes before your workout to increase your energy, improve cognitive functions, and increase work capacity. Creatine can be added to your BCAAs to regenerate ATP levels and increase muscle energy. Shrooms will improve mental functions, improve oxygen utilization, delay the onset of fatigue, boost athletic performance, and increase ATP production.

I do a lot of fasted cardio in the mornings, I just feel better running on an empty stomach if it's a quick 3-4 miles. I sip on these BCAA's during the run and then bigger sips after and find that I am ready for the next thing/don't feel as fatigued. I mix in with 40oz of water and really like that they are not overly sweet or powerful.
