Shipping Protection

Get peace and mind with our iron-clad delivery guarantee if your delivery is damaged, stolen, or lost during transit. If you have had any issue receiving packages at your address, we highly recommend that you purchase shipping protection. And even if you haven't, shipping protection is a low cost way to cover your shipment in-case anything happens during transit.

Shipping & Expected Delivery Times

Contrary to common belief, we do not hand deliver shipments. We rely on carriers and use their expected delivery times. They are only an estimate. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Most orders are processed same day, but please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Did not receive & Stolen Packages

If you did not receive your order and your tracking number says it was delivered? 1. Wait 36 hours, a lot of times the postal service will mark an item as delivered when it is "out for delivery." 2. Ask your neighbors, check the back porch, etc. 3. We also recommend you ask your mailman if they remember where they placed it. 4. If it still does not arrive or you cannot find it, contact us and we will contact your nearest post office to conduct a geo-lookup on your package. If the post office confirms it is indeed lost, we will replace it at our discretion. If your order was marked as delivered and it was stolen from your house, we unfortunately cannot replace it unless you purchased shipping protection. Your subsequent orders may require a signature.

Unclaimed Packages

Unclaimed packages will be returned to our fulfillment center and receive an automatic refund minus any shipping expense paid. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will take 3-5 business days to process once received back at our fulfillment center.

Incorrect Addresses

You are responsible for all costs associated with an incorrectly entered address. If you entered the wrong address at checkout, contact us ASAP. If we can catch it before it ships, we'll change the address free of charge. If your package has already been picked up by the freight company, we are unable to intercept the package. If the package is returned to us, you'll receive an automatic refund, subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the package has been delivered to the incorrect address, we recommend going to the address with your tracking number to claim your package. We do not replace or refund orders that were shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

Moved Addresses

You are responsible for all costs associated with an incorrectly entered address. If you no longer live at the address you placed your order for there are a few options. Typically if you have mail forwarding set up, your mail will be automatically forwarded to your new address. If you don't, your order will be returned to us. All returned packages to ATH are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not replace or refund orders that were shipped to an old address.

Damaged Items

Email us a picture of your damaged item so we can fill out an insurance report with the shipping provider. We will then send you a replacement.

Lost Shipments

If there is no tracking updates after 14 business days, we will replace your lost shipment. Please note we cannot replace a lost shipment if 14 days has not passed.
