These are the expected delivery times but are only an estimate. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Estimates are based upon carrier delivery times which is out of our control. Most orders are processed same day, but please allow 1-2 business days for processing.

Did not receive & Stolen Packages
If you did not receive your order and your tracking number says it was delivered? 1. Wait 36 hours, a lot of times the postal service will mark an item as delivered when it is "out for delivery." 2. Ask your neighbors, check the back porch, etc. 3. We also recommend you ask your mailman if they remember where they placed it. 4. If it still does not arrive or you cannot find it, contact us and we will put a trace on your package and send a replacement. Your subsequent orders will require a signature.
Unclaimed packages will be returned to our fulfillment center and receive an automatic refund minus any shipping expense paid. Shipping costs are paid out and are non-refundable. Refunds will take 3-5 business days to process once received back at our fulfillment center.
You are responsible for all costs associated with an incorrectly entered address. If you entered the wrong address at checkout, contact us ASAP. If we can catch it before it ships, we'll change the address free of charge. If your package has already been picked up by the freight company, we are unable to intercept the package. When the package is returned to us, you'll receive an automatic refund, minus any shipping paid.
You are responsible for all costs associated with an incorrectly entered address. If you no longer live at the address you placed your order for there are a few options. Typically if you have mail forwarding set up, your mail will be automatically forwarded to your new address. If you don't, your order will be returned to us. All returned packages to ATH will receive an automatic refund, minus any shipping paid.
Email us a picture of your damaged item so we can fill out an insurance report with the shipping provider. We will then send you a replacement.
