Excellent Climbing Supplement

Added Athletic Shrooms to my off-season training diet for rock climbing. I took 2 caps before I left for the gym and found I focused a lot more on my warm-up routine before even touching a plastic hold. 5min on the bike durned into 45min and 10min row machine turned into 30min. It enhanced my roped climbing (endurance) sessions more so than my bouldering (strength) sessions. Most noticeable was my ability to focus on the route and my technique while being completely pumped on longer routes. I usually feel the physical stress from my body shorten my ability to focus on the specific moves or being stable while I clip a bolt or place gear. I have also taken this supplement before reading academic material and found it to be a huge boost for me to stay focused and engaged. I've taken Adderall during my college career and this stuff, for me, is a much better, natural alternative.
